The OpportunityWe are looking for a results-driven Regional HSE Specialist to support the safe and compliant operation of our sites across the Bowen Basin and Gailee Basin QLD. What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety (preferred)

  • Experience in a mid level or senior HSE role, ideally within explosives and dangerous goods (preferred)

  • Strong working knowledge of relevant Health, Safety, Environment, Explosive and Dangerous Goods Regulations

  • Strong working knowledge with the implementation and management of ISO 9001, ISO45001 and ISO14001 (preferred)

  • Demonstrated success influencing HSE culture and improving performance across multiple sites

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills

  • Certification in HSE (e.g. ISO Lead Auditor, Training and Assessment) (preferred)

  • Rehabilitation and Return to Work Coordinator Accreditation

  • Relevant Security Clearance

  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently
